Great location, fantastic hosts and very clean. Helen & Stuart were lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed in the double deluxe room very spacious. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Clean towels every day and although no street parking Helen was very helpful and we got 3 day parking very close by. Highly reccomend this hotel and we definitely will stay again.
We’ve just come home from a weeks stay at the Rayners hotel wow!! The owners Helen & Stuart are lovely Lovely people who go above and beyond to help you with anything they can. The rooms are gorgeous, Spacious, and spotlessly clean As is the whole hotel. The breakfast is fantastic with brilliant choices. Also only 1 min walk to the front. Perfect for families and couples. There is a bar downstairs with very reasonable bar prices. Highly recommend to stay. Would definitely go back.
Neat little boutique hotel located near Blackpool South train station. Quiet and well maintained, comfy rooms and great value for money. Run by a really warm & personable couple.I was attending a local training course nearby in January so off season. Adorned with tasteful rock memorabilia (owner has his own band) so quite a find. Does not include meals (although sandwiches were waiting for me upon arrival which was a nice and thoughtful touch) but plenty of local cafés and bars nearby.
Absolutely outstanding!! Let's start with the hosts Stuart and Debbie (A.K.A Helen) I have never come across such friendly hosts, they make you feel at home and really do go the extra mile for all the guests, they know key knowledge about the area, and the area it's situated between south and central pier, just a minute walk from the beach, so location is perfect! The rooms are amazingly priced, and very comfortable, your are guaranteed to get a good night sleep. The breakfast is amazing, really does full you up!! Thank you so much Stuart and Helen for a fabulous stay can't wait to stay again
Myself and family of 11 people stayed in this hotel as we came to Blackpool for my son's 21st and my mother in laws 80th Birthdays. The owners Helen and Stuart were very welcoming and friendly. They in my opinion went above and beyond very helpful to us all. Rooms were a very good size very clean and we were given fresh towels every day. The breakfast was very good not one member of myself and family could fault the breakfast as you were asked what you wanted and were given exactly that. I would highly recommend this hotel as myself and family members would all come back and stay again and again. Absolutely loved our stay here. Helen and Stewart are really friendly and helpful and will go out if their way to help you. Helen removed a stain from my t-shirt, no problem. Our shower started leaking, it was replaced within hours. The accommodation was a home from home experience and they even catered for my husband's food intolerances. I highly recommend!
My husband and I along with two other couples stayed here on the 10th November and we had such a great time from the moment that we arrived. Helen and Stu welcomed us as soon as we got there and we had arrived early and our rooms were ready. The rooms were very clean and cosy. We had a few drinks in the bar and chatted to Helen and stu and their family and they are lovely people. The breakfast was really good too! Thank you to you both for you hospitality and look forward to come back in the future with the children.
Fab hotel, rooms are spotless & spacious which was great as we had two teenagers with us in the family room. Nice to see tissues & earplugs supplied too (ear plugs not needed as it was very quiet.) As well as the usual tea/coffee supplies. Very impressed with added bonus of shampoo/conditioner/body wash supplied too. The downstairs bar is great, has a huge assortment of drinks & added bonus of a pool table & retro games machine for the kids. Owners, Helen & Stuart are lovely, very friendly people who make you feel right at home. We will definitely be back.
